Connie Poesnecker: As the primary principal member Connie manages the administrative and financial aspects of the corporation. Her focus to detail is key to the level of satisfaction our customers and vendors have come to expect from us.
Gary Poesnecker: As a principal member of SM&D, Gary brings over 30 years of manufacturing expertise to the table. His experience ranges from a technical level, to management positions in an aerospace environment as well as many other areas.
Technical Personnel: In a time of skilled labor shortages we feel fortunate to have high caliber people that we can count on to do their best. We provide a progressive work environment and encourage critical and creative thinking. |
